What’s behind the gate
On verified submission you will receive by email:
- Investor deck (PDF) — strategy portfolio overview, capacity analysis, and summary risk metrics.
- Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQ) — operational, technology, risk, compliance answers in allocator format. (preview)
- Quarterly strategy memo — risk-attribution and positioning commentary on the live book.
- Extended analytics — rolling Sharpe, attribution by family, tail-risk decomposition, correlation matrix by regime.
- Direct introduction to the founder for follow-up questions, on-site or video.
Structural access routes
We are a research GmbH; we do not take custody of client capital directly. Professional investors access the strategies through one of three structures:
- White-label KVG wrapper — the strategy is wrapped into a fund share class (ISIN) by a licensed Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft. DataFortress.cloud GmbH is the strategy advisor. Introductions available on request.
- Managed account under a Haftungsdach — the investor retains custody at their own broker (e.g. Interactive Brokers, Varengold). Trading is executed under the liability umbrella of a licensed partner (Haftungsdach); performance fees are charged under a high-water mark.
- Advisory / signals licence — for allocators who run their own execution desk and want the signal feed only.
